Disability Confident is creating a movement of change, encouraging employers to think differently about disability and take action to improve how they recruit, retain and develop disabled people.
KCS has signed up to the voluntary scheme to send out a clear signal that it is an employer that welcomes applications from all members of the community, securing the highest-quality staff through a diverse and inclusive approach.
KCS has also recently made a considerable investment in specialist ManSafe training as well as in health and safety training. The company aims to ensure all its operatives are trained to undertake cleaning services to the highest possible level – with no compromise to their own safety or anyone who comes into contact with their sites.
