Project Overview
Kingston Cleaning Services was appointed to carry out a full external cladding clean at Hazel Court Depot in York, covering various units across the site. Over time, the cladded panels had become heavily weathered and stained, leaving the buildings looking tired and in need of professional attention. The aim of the project was to restore the appearance of the exterior surfaces, improve the overall presentation of the depot and bring new life back to the units.
What We Did
Our team completed the external cladding clean using a combination of MEWP access, pressure washing equipment and heated Reach & Wash systems to safely and effectively clean the high-level panels. This allowed us to remove built-up dirt, staining and weathering from across the different elevations while working efficiently around the site. As the photos show, the results were excellent, transforming the appearance of the cladding and giving the buildings a much cleaner, brighter and more well-maintained finish.
