KCS have carried out another successful project working in partnership with Wates Construction. Following on from the restorative clean project on the Scottish Widows Building in Edinburgh KCS have continued to work with Wates on another prestigious building, The Lloyds Banking Group Building also in Edinburgh. The work to restore the cladding and window frames as well as the cleaning of the windows was carried out over a 4 week period. The team used specialized access equipment to reach all of the 50m high building along with a range of specialized chemicals to bring the cladding back to life!KCS also washed down the sandstone blockwork of the building with a low pressure system to clean but also protect the stone from harsh cleaning techniques.
