KCS has worked along Hull-based Sewell Group in cleaning and maintaining the numerous projects built as part of the Citycare project.
Citycare was responsible for building many of the local healthcare centres across Hull and KCS have been involved in helping to keep these buildings in premier condition.
Sean Carrision said: “We have a quick response call out service for the Citycare developments, which includes; window cleaning and gutter work but we also get involved in specialist cleaning operations as well.
“We have recently been called out to remove graffiti and jet wash and re-sand block paving on a couple of the projects – when we are done they look as good as new.
“I’d like to think the company sees us as a vital partner in delivering on the promises of maintaining these buildings for the lifespan of their own involvement.”
