Kingston Cleaning Services (KCS) has been contracted to carry out an external clean at one of the University of Hull’s student accommodation sites, the Lawns in Cottingham.
The Lawns is one of Hull University’s student accommodation complexes, housing around 1,000 students across seven different halls. The halls are set in 40 acres of landscaped parkland, dominated by large sports pitches. There is also a large car park on site and a police station at the main entrance.
KCS’s team will ensure that the building facades look clean and tidy, ready for the arrival of new students in September. KCS’s cleaners regularly attend the university to provide other cleaning services throughout the year, helping to keep on top of the outstanding cleans provided in these larger annual works.
KCS has an ongoing contract with The University of Hull to provide a number of specialist cleaning services. The team carries out window cleaning at both Cottingham Road and Cottingham campus every year, as well as cleaning all of the student accommodation at the Lawns and Cottingham Road.
