Kingston Cleaning Services (KCS) has secured a contract with Morgan Sindall to work at its prestigious apartment building at Hungate in York.
KCS’s operatives will perform a builders’ clean and a sparkle clean to 101 new apartments at the residential development.
A builders’ clean is carried out while construction or building development is underway. It is ongoing and requires certain health and safety regulations to be met, including the cleaning operatives having a CSCS card. A sparkle clean leaves a new property in an immaculate and pristine condition for its new residents. It is normally carried out as near to completion day as possible.
Hungate, situated close to the River Foss in the city centre, is the largest residential-led regeneration project currently underway in Yorkshire.
