Kingston Cleaning Services is pleased to announce two major new contracts in Hull. The first is with Cranswick Foods, one of the largest food producers in Britain. KCS will deliver contract cleaning at the company’s head office in Hesslewood Office Park, a Grade II listed building in a 10-acre landscaped site. Contract cleaning is the core of KCS’s business and its operatives are committed to leaving its customers with a spotless workspace. In addition, KCS’s operatives will perform window cleaning services at the food giant’s Hessle headquarters.
The second contract is to deliver gutter cleaning services for all stations of Humberside Police. Locations include the flagship Clough Road station, Hessle Road station and Barton-upon-Humber station. Debris such as leaves, grass, moss and even bird nests are common causes of blocked gutters and can result in blocked water leading to water ingress and flood damage over time.
KCS works on all types of guttering, from plastic moulded systems to cast-iron, pressed and formed steel gutters. For the new contract with Humberside Police, KCS will supply its own access equipment. The Multitel MX270 is a vehicle-mounted platform well-suited to outdoor jobs such as gutter cleaning. It can rotate 90 degrees, making it easy to manoeuvre around trees and lampposts, or between buildings. It also has a spider lift, which is ideal for working in restricted spaces. Its automatic levelling system keep operators secure at all times, making it suitable for uneven surfaces.
