Key Responsibilities
- Conduct staff appraisals, manage employee relations, holidays, and performance.
- Carry out site audits and ensure team members receive ongoing support and training.
- Ensure full Health & Safety compliance across all sites.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and satisfaction.
- Manage day‑to‑day operational and business needs across your area.
About You
- Strong leadership skills with the confidence to motivate and guide teams.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Basic IT skills.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements (training can be provided).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, hands‑on approach to leading by example.
- Flexibility to meet the needs of the business.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Ambition, drive, and the confidence to bring new ideas and initiatives to the table.

- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Salary: £24,800.00 – £26,000.00 (dependent on experience)
