About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Industrial Cleaner who is flexible and able to work nationwide, including weekends and additional hours when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate power washing equipment to clean surfaces such as driveways, patios, building exteriors, and industrial areas.
- Use reach-and-wash systems for safe and effective window cleaning at various heights.
- Perform high-level cleaning, including gutter clearing, fascia/soffit cleaning, cladding cleaning, and other elevated tasks.
- Maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Follow all site safety procedures and adhere to company health and safety policies.
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.
Requirements
- Experience with power washing or exterior cleaning equipment (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to work at height and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
- Full UK driving licence is an advantage.

Requirements
- Willingness to travel nationwide (100% travel required)
- Ability to pass a DBS check and police vetting process
- Flexible availability, including weekends, nights, and longer shifts
- A full, clean driving licence is preferred but not essential
- CSCS card preferred
- Additional licences such as IPAF or PASMA are desirable but not essential
Training & Development
Full training is provided, giving you the opportunity to gain new skills and progress within a successful, expanding company.
Work Schedule
You may work:
- 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
- Day or night shifts
- Monday to Friday, with weekend work as required
