Project Overview
Nuffield Gym in Surbiton required a full gutter clean and roof inspection to maintain the building’s structure and prevent future water damage. Due to the building’s location on a busy road, traffic management was essential. Our team implemented a full roadside safety setup including barriers, cones, and signage to meet UK health and safety regulations and protect both the public and our operatives during the works. These measures ensured the project could be completed efficiently and safely, without disruption to road users or gym operations.
What We Did
Using a 56-metre truck-mounted MEWP and a Z60 diesel-powered boom lift, our team accessed the full roofline to carry out a complete gutter clearance and roof inspection. The clean removed built-up debris that could otherwise lead to overflowing gutters, roof leaks, and structural issues. By restoring proper drainage, we helped protect the property’s foundations and reduce the risk of damp and mould developing inside. The work was completed to a high standard, supporting long-term building maintenance and regulatory compliance.
