Project Overview
OnSite FM Limited required a full gutter clean at their premises in Selby, with one key challenge: the work needed to be completed overnight to avoid disruption to the surrounding businesses and the general public. The site sits within a busy commercial area, meaning daytime access would have caused safety concerns and operational delays. Our team at Kingston Cleaning Services planned the project carefully to ensure a safe, efficient and fully unobtrusive delivery, even in poor weather conditions and restricted access areas.
What We Did
To carry out the work safely at height, we utilised a self-drive truck mounted MEWP, giving our operatives the reach and stability required to access the guttering along the upper elevations. Once in position, we used our powerful gutter vacuum system to remove built-up debris, vegetation and compacted dirt, restoring full water flow and preventing future blockages. Working through the night, we completed the project with no disturbance to nearby businesses and ensured the site was left clean, safe and fully operational by morning.
