Project Overview
Vital Energi, a key player in the UK’s decarbonisation efforts, is currently operating a major project on Wincolmlee in Hull. As part of their commitment to safe and efficient site management, they required ongoing cleaning support for their welfare facilities. With the site expected to remain active for at least a year, the need for consistent cleanliness and hygiene is critical, particularly given the challenging conditions presented by a busy construction environment.
Our role involves providing daily welfare cleaning and replenishment of consumables, ensuring facilities stay clean, safe and compliant for site staff. All cleaning operatives are fully equipped with high-vis jackets and safety footwear to meet on-site safety regulations.
What We Did
Our team is delivering regular cleaning across all welfare areas on the Wincolmlee site, including canteens, toilets, changing rooms, drying areas and office spaces. One of the biggest challenges has been managing the constant build-up of mud and dirt tracked in from the active construction zones. This has required a responsive and thorough cleaning approach to maintain hygiene standards throughout the day.
We are also supplying all necessary consumables as part of the service, ensuring workers always have access to well-stocked, sanitary facilities. With a long-term presence on site, we have built strong routines around safety, communication and site-specific needs to support the smooth running of this vital energy project.
