Project Overview
Kingston Cleaning Services completed an overnight external clean at The Parishes Shopping Centre in Scunthorpe, focusing on gutters, Link Bridge cladding, and various stone areas around the site. All works were scheduled through the night so the centre and its stores could continue trading as normal, without unnecessary disruption to staff, tenants, or visitors.
Using specialist equipment and safe access methods, we delivered a noticeable improvement to the building’s overall appearance, helping create a cleaner, more welcoming first impression for shoppers and businesses on site.
What We Did
We carried out a full gutter clean to remove built-up debris and improve water flow, helping reduce the risk of blockages and overflow. Alongside this, we completed a pressure wash to the cladding on the Link Bridge, restoring the surface finish and lifting ingrained grime from high-level areas.
To reach elevated sections safely, a MEWP was used for access, and a heated pressure washing system was deployed to improve cleaning performance and results, particularly on stubborn contamination across cladding and exterior stonework.
