Project Overview
Kingston Cleaning Services returned to Liberty Academy, a secondary school in Hull, to carry out a full external elevation clean across the school building.
The exterior had become visibly weathered and was in need of a thorough clean to restore the appearance of the building. With large areas positioned at height, the project required specialist access equipment alongside an effective cleaning system capable of tackling built-up dirt and staining across the elevations.
To minimise disruption to pupils and staff, the work was scheduled during the summer holidays, allowing our team to complete the cleaning safely and efficiently while the school was quieter.
What We Did
Our operatives completed a full external building clean using MEWP access to safely reach the upper elevations and other difficult-to-access areas.
A heated pressure washing system was used across the external surfaces to remove built-up dirt, staining and weathering, producing a significant improvement across the building and restoring a much cleaner, brighter appearance.
Following the results of the clean, a maintenance schedule has now been put in place to help Liberty Academy keep the exterior of the school looking its best moving forward.
