Project Overview
Kingston Cleaning Services worked in partnership with Sewell FM to carry out a full external elevation deep clean at Bransholme Health Centre, a major community medical facility in Hull.
With the health centre situated in a busy area, the project required careful planning to ensure the cleaning could be completed safely while keeping disruption to staff, visitors and the surrounding community to a minimum.
All works were therefore scheduled through the night, with a full traffic management system, lane closure and permit systems in place throughout the project.
What We Did
Our operatives completed a full external façade clean using MEWP access to safely reach the upper elevations and other difficult-to-access areas of the building.
A heated softwash system was used across the rendered elevations to remove built-up dirt and surface contamination, while the cladded panels were carefully cleaned by hand to achieve a thorough finish across the different façade materials.
By carrying out the works overnight with the required traffic management and access controls in place, our team was able to complete the specialist external cleaning safely and with minimal disruption. The result was a cleaner, brighter and better-presented exterior, helping Sewell FM maintain a professional and welcoming environment at Bransholme Health Centre.
