Project Overview
Kingston Cleaning Services was awarded a multi-service cleaning contract for Anchor Housing in Anlaby, a residential scheme providing safe, comfortable accommodation for older adults. Following a competitive tender process, we were chosen as the cleaning partner thanks to our strong track record, transparent pricing and commitment to delivering consistently high standards. The contract required a reliable provider who could help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for residents, visitors and staff across the site’s communal areas.
What We Did
Our team now delivers daily cleaning across communal spaces including corridors, lounges, stairwells, entrance areas and shared facilities, helping the scheme stay clean, hygienic and presentable at all times. Alongside this, we provide scheduled window cleaning for both internal and external glazing, as well as periodic carpet cleaning to keep flooring fresh, odour-free and visually appealing. To support consistent standards across the contract, we also provide clear communication, regular quality checks and responsive customer service.
