Project Overview
CPD Hull is a major independent wholesaler of cleaning materials, catering disposables and PPE. Based on Innovation Drive in Hull, they required a full clean of their warehouse as they were vacating the unit and returning it to the landlord. The clean needed to be completed to a high standard, within a tight timeframe, to ensure the handover could take place on time and meet the required condition for inspection.
The scope included a full internal high-level clean, a full warehouse floor clean, and an external clean of the building’s cladding and skylights. With both internal and external areas involved, safe access and specialist equipment were essential to deliver a thorough result efficiently.
What We Did
We carried out an internal high-level clean across the warehouse, using MEWP access to reach all elevated areas safely and effectively. This allowed us to remove built-up dust and debris from high-level surfaces, helping leave the unit clean, tidy and ready for the final handover.
Externally, we cleaned the cladding and skylights using MEWPs for access, combined with our heated pressure washing systems and heated reach and wash systems to achieve a strong finish. We also completed a full clean of the warehouse floor, ensuring the unit was returned in a condition that met the landlord’s expectations and supported a smooth, on-time handover.
