Eltheringtons is a major UK manufacturer and supplier of architectural aluminium and fabricated solutions for the construction, architectural, and caravan sectors. With large office spaces and high-traffic production environments, they needed a dependable cleaning partner capable of maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards across a complex, multi-building site. Kingston Cleaning Services was selected to support their day-to-day operations with consistent, high-quality cleaning delivered by an experienced and skilled team.
What We Did
We’ve proudly worked with Eltheringtons for nearly 10 years, providing comprehensive daily contract cleaning across their office spaces, factory, and architectural fabrication units. Our on-site team of three cleaners operate from 7am–4pm each day and are fully trained to use specialist equipment including bailers, ride-on floor machines, and buffers. The team handles the collection of cardboard and plastic waste from the production areas, ensuring clear walkways and a safe, tidy workspace. One member is dedicated to maintaining the offices, toilets, boardroom, and canteen, with corridors buffed monthly and the reception cleaned daily. Factory toilets and locker rooms across all three buildings are cleaned every day, with all consumables supplied by us. In addition, we carry out a full window clean and signage wash every six months to maintain the building’s professional appearance.
