Project Overview
Kingston Cleaning Services provides a rapid response emergency cleaning service designed to help businesses remain operational when faced with urgent hygiene or contamination issues. At various client sites, we have been contacted out of hours to deliver immediate cleaning support when internal waste or drainage failures occur. In these situations, speed and precision are critical, not only to limit disruption but also to meet hygiene and safety standards, so the business can continue operating.
What We Did
In one recent instance, a client contacted KCS during out-of-hours following a burst waste pipe that affected several key areas of their premises. To reduce response time and prepare effectively, we asked the client to send photos and videos of the affected spaces. This allowed our team to assess the situation remotely and determine what equipment and resources were needed for the clean.
A full proposal was quickly put together and within two hours a specialist cleaning team was on the road. Once on site, they carried out a full deep clean and sanitisation of all contaminated areas. All operatives wore full PPE throughout and followed strict cleaning protocols to ensure the site was restored to safe use. On completion, we supplied the client with a full before and after photographic report.
