Project Overview
Kingston Cleaning Services completed a full external clean at Ergo Business Centre, a modern site based at Bridgehead Business Park in Hessle, near Hull (HU13 0GD). Designed for businesses in the renewable energy and environmental technology sectors, the building needed an exterior wash down to refresh its appearance and maintain a professional first impression.
To support the day-to-day running of the centre, works were carefully coordinated with the site team, ensuring access, safety and disruption were managed throughout the clean.
What We Did
We carried out a full external wash down to the building’s exterior surfaces, including render, cladding and fascias, removing built-up grime and weathering to restore the finish across the façade.
Access was completed safely using a MEWP (Mobile Elevated Work Platform), alongside professional pressure washing equipment to deliver an even clean at height. The results were excellent, returning the building back to a clean, like-new condition.
