Project Overview
Kingston Cleaning Services was appointed to deliver gutter cleaning and damage reporting for Heron Foods on a national basis, supporting the maintenance of its retail properties across multiple locations. As busy trading sites, the work needed to be carefully planned around store operations, so all cleaning was carried out once stores had closed to ensure there was no disruption to customers, staff or day to day trade. The project focused on protecting each building from avoidable water ingress and maintenance issues while keeping the estate in good condition.
What We Did
Our team carried out specialist gutter cleaning using a self-drive truck mounted MEWP, alongside gutter vac systems andm rods to remove built-up debris safely and effectively from high-level areas. As part of the service, we also reported any visible damage or maintenance concerns, helping Heron Foods identify issues early before they developed into bigger problems. Regular gutter cleaning of this kind helps prevent blockages, leaks, damp-related damage and costly repairs, while supporting the long-term upkeep and performance of each site.
