Project Overview
Kingston Cleaning Services completed a full external cladding clean for ProAmpac/IG Industries at their major manufacturing site in the Barton-upon-Humber area (Elsham/Grimsby). Following ProAmpac’s acquisition of IG Industries and Ultimate Packaging, the site plays an important role in their UK operations, supporting the production of high-performance, sustainable and digital-print flexible packaging. With the building exterior exposed to weathering and industrial residue, the aim was to restore a clean, professional appearance and protect the cladding finish.
What We Did
We carried out a full external cladding clean using a MEWP to safely access high-level areas and ensure a consistent finish across the full façade. The clean was completed using a pressure washer and an environmentally friendly chemical, helping to lift grime and staining effectively while supporting responsible site practices.
