Project Overview
Kingston Cleaning Services was appointed to support Sewell at Newington Health Centre, a busy doctors surgery, by providing specialist access for high level works that could not be reached through standard methods. Due to the restricted internal space, our team carried out a series of surveys to measure entrances, corridors and access points before agreeing on the most suitable MEWP for the job. All works were completed out of hours through the night, allowing the centre to remain fully operational during the day and ensuring the project could be delivered safely with minimal disruption.
What We Did
Using a 14.75 metre spider lift, our operatives carried out high level cleaning and window cleaning within the building while also assisting Sewell technicians with the installation of window boards. Because access was tight and precision was essential, KCS worked closely with Sewell throughout the project to make sure the lift could be brought into the centre safely and the works completed efficiently. This job is another strong example of the successful working relationship we have built with Sewell, combining careful planning, specialist access and dependable delivery to achieve a high standard across a challenging site.
