Project Overview
Kingston Cleaning Services was appointed to complete Phase 2 of a full external elevation clean at Victoria Shopping Centre in Nottingham. As a busy city centre retail destination, the project required careful planning to make sure the work could be carried out safely and efficiently without disrupting the daytime operation of the centre or surrounding public areas. To achieve this, all cleaning was completed through the night with full traffic management in place, allowing our team to access the building safely while maintaining a controlled working environment around the site.
What We Did
For Phase 2 of the external cleaning programme, our team used specialist pressure washing equipment alongside hired MEWP access to clean the high-level elevations thoroughly and consistently across the frontage. Years of built-up dirt, pollution and weathering were removed from the surfaces, revealing a much cleaner and brighter finish that significantly improved the overall appearance of the building. The completed works restored a fresher, more professional look to the shopping centre, enhanced its street presence for visitors and tenants, and helped support the long-term upkeep of the building fabric.
