Project Overview
Kingston Cleaning Services has supported West Hull Health Hub since its relocation from Springhead Medical Centre to Calvert Lane. With over ten years of experience at the previous site, our team transitioned seamlessly into the new facility, continuing to uphold the same high standards. West Hull Health Hub is a busy GP practice comprising 32 rooms including treatment areas, consultation rooms, staff offices, toilets, kitchens and a main reception. As a clinical environment, it is essential that hygiene levels meet strict NHS and CQC standards at all times.
What We Did
Our on-site team consists of nine trained operatives who deliver comprehensive cleaning coverage six days a week. Each team member is highly experienced in clinical cleaning protocols, helping to ensure that all areas remain safe, hygienic, and fully compliant with CQC inspection standards.
We provide full contract cleaning services across all medical and public-facing areas, including treatment rooms, reception spaces, toilets, staff areas, and kitchens. In addition to daily cleaning duties, we also carry out scheduled internal window cleaning and support the site during the winter months with gritting services to maintain safe access for staff and patients.
