At Kingston Cleaning Services we are rightly proud of the training that we provide to all of our valued team of building cleaners to facilitate their skills to work on the various buildings that we clean.  We strive to focus on the training that gives our staff the skills to carry out the cleaning on every aspect of any building, internally or externally with safety at the heart of everything we do. We are pleased to work with many blue chip companies on a local and national level, carrying out external building cleans, internal high-level cleans, and builders cleans.

All staff on the first day go through an in-depth induction and training video followed by a series of Q&A. They then go through a training timeline that includes an ISOH Course, and CSCS training which enables all staff to work in the construction industry. All staff go through DBS checks that allow them to work in schools etc.

Our staff then go through a strict work-at-height course, that trains them on ladders, steps, and access and includes egress and harness training. This is followed by courses such as PASMA (scaffolding use) and IPAF courses (lifting platform use).

We then put staff through mansafe and roof access courses, kitchen, ducting, and ventilation cleaning courses, and water jetting courses.

A high percentage of our staff are SSTS trained (site supervisor courses) and First Aid trained.

Whilst we put them through all of these courses which also cover the requirements by law all staff receive monthly toolbox talks, on-site training, and auditing by supervisors and management teams that are IOSH and NEBOSH trained.

Our accreditations include Constructionline Gold Member, Chas, Safe Contractor, NEBOSH, BICS, ISO 9001, and we are members of the Water Jetting Association.
