At Kingston Cleaning Services (KCS), we’re proud to be starting 2025 on a high, with a series of exciting contract wins, long-standing partnerships, and major project completions that reflect the strength, reliability, and professionalism of our team. As a Hull-based company with over 20 years of experience, we continue to grow our presence across Yorkshire and beyond, supporting businesses, public organisations, and schools with bespoke cleaning solutions that deliver real results.
We’re delighted to announce several new contract wins. Our relationship with the NHS has been extended for another two years, and now includes additional services such as solar panel cleaning at Castle Hill, cladding cleaning across Hull Royal Infirmary sites, and ongoing window cleaning across the estate. We’ve also been awarded the York City Council window cleaning tender, which will operate on a rolling schedule across monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, and six-monthly cleans. In West Yorkshire, we’ve secured two external building cleans at Elland Road Police Station and Wakefield District HQ. These contracts, awarded by Mitie following successful test cleans, will tackle significant carbon build-up on the buildings’ exteriors.
On the commercial side, we’ve retained our national gutter cleaning contract with Heron Frozen Foods, continuing our work across all sites. Meanwhile, our relationship with longstanding clients remains strong. We’ve supported Bridge McFarland Solicitors for over a decade and now deliver services to their new Anlaby office alongside their Hull Marina location. Our partnership with Napoleons Casino continues with a dedicated team on-site seven days a week, along with fortnightly window and carpet cleans.
We’re also expanding our work with new clients. At Yara’s Pocklington site, we now provide cleaning for their factory, Analytics Lab, DC Training Centre, and head office under a year-long contract, with plans to support their new Howden site in 2025. We’ve also begun working with Kitchen Civils in Newbald, providing both office cleaning and on-site cabin cleaning support. Our daily cleaning services are also in full swing at Cranswick plc, across both their Crane Court head office and Humber View farming site, complete with monthly window cleaning and washroom/kitchen supply services.
Many of our sites benefit from multi-service support, including John Good Group, where we deliver daily office cleaning alongside monthly window cleaning and supply services. At Unique Salons in Beverley, Hessle and Cottingham, our six-person team carries out monthly deep floor scrubs to keep the salons looking their best.
In the education sector, our flexible staffing and deep cleaning services continue to support institutions like Aspire Academy, Compass Academy, Ron Dearing UTC, and Kelvin Hall School, where we carry out comprehensive summer cleans across classrooms, labs, and communal areas.
We’re also proud to share some recently completed large-scale cleaning projects. At the Full Sutton Prison new build, we successfully completed the challenging task of cleaning the new houseblocks to deadline. Additionally, we recently carried out a specialist high-level clean at the Siemens Blade Factory in Hull, removing epoxy resin build-up in Seg 3 of the production facility over a carefully coordinated 3–4-week period, allowing site operations to continue uninterrupted.
We’re incredibly proud of the entire KCS team for their commitment, professionalism and hard work. Our continued growth is driven by their dedication and by the trust of our clients — and we look forward to continuing this momentum in the months ahead.
